The perfect Keto Meal-replacement Shake

2 scoops KetoLogic KetoMeal
1 scoop KetoLogic Collagen
6 oz unsweetened almond milk or 6oz of coffee
2 oz whipping cream

1 to 2 ice cubes in a shaker
I use crushed ice and it makes it like a shake. Now I have also learned to put it in the freezer for a while and then it's a real shake. I also add a scoop of the BHB energy (+caffiene) in mine and use water instead of the almond milk or coffee. It's just as good and saves some proteins for a different meal.
