Meal prep is much more difficult when trying to minimize carbs and get enough fat! Although Coach Dennis does provide some great "hacks" for easy keto options that make it easier, and the ketomeal is a life saver too.
Biggest struggle is avoiding carb creep. I get to the end of the day and decide I want something to eat so I put it in Carb Manager and it will say that it will put me 1 gram over or 2 grams over. At first I think, no problem. But then I realize that it would be easy to say "no problem" every day so it will add up. I like that I can come on here and find some recipes or ideas from what others are doing who go through the same thing. This community is great.
